The Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences of the University of Porto assumed from the very first moment the letter of commitment for the implementation and execution of the project "Concilicação4UPorto". The aim of this project is closely aligned with the action plan 2022-2026 assumed by the new direction, which places the enhancement of people as a central dimension. In fact, the success of any institution, and even more in an organization like FPECUP, is closely associated with the well-being of people, and by extension, the way they reconcile professional, personal and family life. Moreover, this conciliation is strongly related to some of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, with emphasis on gender equality, health and well-being and decent work, and integrates the national strategy for Equality and Non-Discrimination 2018-2030.
As director of FPCEUP I will assume the commitment to "Concilicação4UPorto" as one of the priorities of my mandate.
